Dream no doubt induced by mitrazapine 15 mg, a seemingly epic series of images, tastes, and generally sensations adhering to a subconscious either in trouble, ill or clearing out psycho- babble junk.
In a stately home, yet again a recurrent symbol, walking through vast halls from a few centuries ago. Large Alsatian dog urinates against a gate post but gets me in the face; others laugh.
Clothes are now wet, need to find dry attire.
Watch an old queen in a room of this mansion/stately home, with a young escort- she is attractive and I am in a voyeur position by entrance to room. Her face distorts suddenly, being pulled outward. Then both are pinned to the wall as a huge tornado of suction shatters and rips all the glass in the room. I am also pinned from my viewpoint but am not in the line of the glass and shards of mirror that start to strip their skin and flesh from their bodies. She is screaming. I am forced to watch their prolonged demise. A terrible noise thunders near me drowning out their cries of anguish.
It's a jet engine that has been broken from the rest of an aircraft that is burning and scattered about the grounds. I can hear other people burning to death.
All is revealed of why a commercial flight has gone down. A NASA mission has gone horribly wrong. Now I have been transferred to the status of astronaut. Their plummeting craft ripped off one of the airliner's engines. The crew from the spaceship were forced to abandon ship. The reoccurring theme of this dream is the lack of air- asphyxia.
Cut back. My brother is negotiating with my head teacher about who is going to be made redundant. He drives an Allegro from British Leyland. We are all packed in the back seat, my family and his ex. I demand the car be stopped. I tell them all to f' off. I flip out and run back to the stately mansion. Am forced to relive the death experiences again, this time from a survivor's point of view seeing my own corpse....the dream continues reliving the experience through death by be buried alive, and so on....................
